Working on Island Time!
Wilderness Graphics kicked off the summer with an international installation on the sandy shores of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
We teamed up with the St. Croix East End Marine Park in their mission to preserve and protect the marine resources of this island paradise—by engaging, educating, and inspiring visitors.
Experts at logistics, our team seamlessly handled the international arrangements. First, we safely packed and crated our exhibits for the long trip—in a cargo ship! Then, organized a smooth transition through customs and across-island trucking. And finally headed to the island ourselves—by plane! Once there, we completed the transformative installation you see in our video.
Our goal is to inform visitors about the island’s remarkable recreational opportunities, fisheries, coral reefs, and watersheds. The one key mission? Reminding guests that through stewardship, we ALL play a role in protecting nature’s underwater wonderlands. If you’ve ever caught a glimpse of a coral reef, you know their beauty—but did you know they’re crucial components of ecosystems AND economies? We hope to spark a deepened appreciation for these beautiful blue waters and the myriad of life beneath the surface.
As proud advocates for our environment, we are grateful to play a part in giving this historic building a vibrant new life—complete with colorful murals and eye-catching educational displays.
Keep an eye out—you won’t want to miss the captivating creations coming up in Phase 2!
