Refund policy

Because we produce custom products, we have a strict no-cancellation policy and all sales are final. If you notice a mistake in your order, please let us know within 24 hours of any changes that need to be made. If your sign, mount, or kiosk arrives damaged, please reach out to us at info@wgi.cc and we will produce your item again at no charge. Please include photos of the damaged item and damaged packaging.
